I still have the old rewards program which I prefer. If I change plans will I automatically be enrolled in the new points based rewards program? Or will I still have the old rewards program?

Did you sign up for a 90 day subscription? Because I think they charge $44 for 30 day subscription. Not 100% sure but that may be the issue.

You should wait at least 3 days. If after 3 or 4 days no one has received their rewards then submit a ticket.
