Trying to add a program on my phone and when I try to verify my number it says"It look like this is a virtual phone number (also known as VoIP). Please provide valid non-virtual phone number to continue.
when I call my son it will ring once or twice then drop off. He has to call me back and sometimes when he does his phone says my number is not in service. Other people my phone phases in and out not sure if related.
