Same thing with me, but I am on a 4G LTE network. I submitted a ticket so I hope to hear back soon.

hi hTideGnow, thanks for the info!I just checked, and I do already have the VOLTE call setting on my phone turned on. So that seems like it should be working? How do I know if its on the whitelist or not?I have a ZTE Cymbal 2.
