It would be nice if one of the mods would at least indicate whether progress is being made here. As it is everyone is in limbo wondering when or if they are going to see a resolution.
Yes, I was with Teksavvy which was Bell originally. Problem seems to be all sorts of billing errors. I paid for 3 months but the debits and credits are almost triple what they should be.
