I have been trying for about 4 days to subscribe to a plan and then port my number from Koodo to PM. This has been unsuccessful so far. Can you assist with the process please?

I have an email address and a password but cannot activate my sim card.It is Not an ESim card.

I am reinstalling the PM app on my phone and yes, the Koodo plan is prepaid.
