90 day plan expired and it did not auto renew. I am trying to change my plan now to a 30 day plan but it will not allow me to do so. It also gives me no reason why I cannot.
With not having a call centre, I feel the option to change plan after a service interruption should be available without a moderator as well. It just makes too much sense considering we do not get the service unless the service is paid for. Thanks f...
