Hello,for more than 24 hours my husband and I have not been able to make/receive calls or texts except for a few that were able to go through. Has anyone else been experiencing this? We've tried all troubleshooting steps
I'm having the exact same issue, I was able to change my husbands plan but when I try to change mine the new plans just keep loading. Have you gotten a resolution that works for you yet? I've tried all the below options
