Over a month later and still no fix. I get the feeling Telus wants to lose customers and kill PM.

Similar to the help I got. I was told to log in to change my login settings which were preventing me from logging in.

I am sorry but the issue is not fixed. 

It has been two weeks and no progress. I will try again in some time again before I lose my number, but not expecting anything at this point. I will then lose my account I guess.
