I just noticed that for the last 3 months even though I added time by voucher I've not received service I normally use text so this is why I didn't notice.
There's a misunderstanding I have purchased the voucher for three months now in my notification on my cell reads that my account is suspended? And I have paid for last three months with confirmed So this is why I have no service
