Unable to receive mms/sms since activation

Good afternoon,I ported and activated my service March 14/23, since then I have been unable to receive MMS/SMS, contacts receive them from me. Their devices shows message sent to me but I get nothing.

ya, that is not the issue because I did it properly and it still is not working.

iPhone xr, yes. I have also inserted my SIM into another phone as well, as suggested in other posts.
