Hello: I'm trying to port my current (functioning) prepaid Koodo number to Public. I already have my Public temporary phone number. However, the form keeps advising me to enter a valid Canadian phone number. Any suggestions?

Sorry, Mayor, I misunderstood. Apparently my temporary number has not been activated. I have no idea what that number might be, and am not sure I even have one. I've confused the very helpful, very polite Live Chat person.
