You need to log into your account and then under Account Status click on Change Plan.You then will be given a choice to change your current plan now or at your next reset date after you select the $20Talk Only plan.

If you are having issues in regards to accessing your data and or messaging I can send you the info required to setup your apn settings.Are you familiar with your phone and if not what OS are you running? Android or iOS?
Is this a brand new account you have setup?If so you should have received in one of the 2 emails a link to verify your email. Until you click on the link then the email you sent is not verified with PM.
