Cannot log in. Cannot reset account password because email not recognized. AMazing.

Is this a brand new account you have setup?
If so you should have received in one of the 2 emails a link to verify your email. Until you click on the link then the email you sent is not verified with PM.

Include your PM SIM card number, e-mail address and phone number.
