someone asked/answered wrong question.  My problem has nothing to do with porting. I can't login to my account.  Resetting password hasn't worked.   

service is perfectly fine.  just want to update credit card before it expires.  Can't login.  email reset appears to reset but then new password doesn't login work.  have tried private ticket.  thanks 

yes, current customer.  No port.   Have tried chrome, firefox and Edge.  Have tried all incognito modes.  No luck.  Thanks for the resposne.
