I want to reset password to log into my account so I can set up preauthorized payment as my phone has been disconnected.  but when i type my phone number in to to get code it says it it cannot be reset at this timeI need to activite my phone asap

trying to enter existing phone number when setting up my SIM card. it is telling me that it is not a valid Canadian phone number
