That setting is for Voice over Long-Term Evolution (VoLTE). Public Mobile does not support that feature so enabling it won't make a difference. So far, only the Big 3 and their flanker brands support it (e.g. Rogers, Bell and Telus + Fido, Virgin Mob...
This is very disappointing. I guess Koodo's offer is the next best thing. You still lose out on spreading your data usage across 3 months. I'm glad I jumped ship to get the $60/10GB plan with Telus.
Interesting. It's not what it was before but it's a lot better than the current plans. As much as I'd like VoLTE and WiFi calling, it's doubtful they'd add that within the next 5 years. Those two things are considered premium features. Not too long ...
