You might have to send a message to one of the moderators and ask them to reset your SMS from your sim, that helped me when I switched my phones from and android to an apple device.

Autopay is a great feature. Also it's amazing that you can save $6 off a 90-day plan (or $2/month). Just wondering, Can I use a prepaid voucher/credit card, or a Visa-Debit card for Autopay rather than your standard Visa, Mastercard, Amex, etc?
PB will absolutely refund your money in the form of PB credit, which will be applied to your account, and subtracted from your next bill payment. Be patient and contact the Moderators and they will help you. Thanks!
I just successfully ported my KOODO number to PB with Maria's help, by providing her my koodo number and my temporary new pb number and my koodo account number. Thanks Maria.
