Renewed plan but no service

I renewed my plan this morning and the PM cellular service doesnt work.No calls no texts no data can be made or received

This is what im experiencing right now and its been 3 days with no fix.

Mods dont even reply.... is there another way to get my money back or do i have to call the bank and cancel this?
