My son’s account was set up with an email that does not belong to us. The customer service rep set it up with an email that is not ours. I cannot access his account or update his email. Any suggestions?

I cannot as all the reset prompts go to theemail that is not ours. I don’t want to send account reset prompts to a stranger’s email. Tech support has no answer other than to close the account.
