I just got a text message that I have “used 12 transactions for $6.95 for account ending in 3***, capped at $16.95. If you qualify for a fee waiver, ignore this message.” Can anyone help me with this? What 12 transactions? I’m confused?

I have the same problem as well!! Over 24 hours have passed and I still haven’t gotten the 1GB of data that I redeemed
