No activation after voucher payment.

The upgrades messed things up.My plan is $40 per month, when I log into my account it shows there is $43 dollars in there, but it still will not activate.Is there someway to get it activated?

That is what I did, and they did not activate my account.Public Mobile is in the Telus family.
