THE USED PHONE NEEDS A SOFTWARE UPGRADE BUT IT WONT CONNECT TO MY INTERNET PROVIDERI TRIED AN OVERSEAS CALL AND GOT A NESSAGE FROM TELUS THAT THE CALL CANNOT BE DIALED IF I AM A  PM CUSTOMER WHY DO I GET TELUS MESSAGES. THE PHONE CAME IN A TELUS BOX.
JUST PURCHASED A PHONE FROM PUBLIC MOBILE(USED) IT NEEDS TO CONNECT TO THE NET TO UPGRADE SOFTWARE HOW DO I DO THAT?
I MIXED UP MY SIM PASSWORD ANDGOT LOCKED OUT, HOW DO I GET BACK IN?
