can only make outgoing call

I switched on July 25 kept my old number but i can only make out going calls can not receive. Do I have to contact my old provider to fix it Thanks TB

i lost my old sim so i guess i am out of luck now

yes only outgoing calls i never kept in my old sim and when i got the texted i said yes but i had public mobile sim in and know i cant find my old sim card i need public mobile to send a nother phone request
