Can anybody answer my question why is my account saying my plan expired I paid it on may 24 I out 60 in my renewal plan is may 28 it changes over today but why is my account suspended I paid for it but my phone is working 
I just paid my bill on the 24 of May when I got paid now it saying suspended in highly pissed yes I am changing my plan but really suspended when I just pay it.
Is any body having troubles with selfserve or having troubles with trying to get my account to load  cause I'm having troubles it keep saying this page don't work selfserve.public mobile.ca didn't send data err_empty_response.
