No good because the other day, I went to a dealer and try to put the Public mobile sim card into it. it give a restriction message and does not accept the sim card 

Carrier lock: SIM locked. This device might be restricted to the original carrier and have certain capabilities limited

Public Mobile is listed under the carrier section in the setting
