Not received my SIM yet

Hi, The SIM was shipped on Mar 8th. I am in Toronto and I still haven't received the SIM. There is no tracking (understandable), but I was hoping regular mail should have reached me by now. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks @0077 I contacted the CS Agent and they have resent the SIM. The first order is presumably lost/delivered incorrectly.
