My original community account is broken. I have no way to access it and I'm pissed off

All I wanted to change my email, which is not even possible from my "My Account" login. How do I do this? Do I now have to go link this community account, and if so how do I do this?

I could not log into the account, despite changing the password. Which means I changed my password for no reason.
