You'll need to add funds and resolve or else you may end up losing your plan (but I believe this is after a month or so).

Might also be best to check your data settings to see what app had used the data to identify any background data usage, turn off data for that app.

How long has it been? You'll likely need to request suppport from PM. Try sending a message to CS_Agent

Contact one of the mods and they will be able to look into the Porting Status on the back end and will be able to re-port it for you if required.

Contact PM customer service and they can look into it and potentially re-submit the port for you if it was stuck midway.
