I can make a voice call, but not recieve one

I can also make calls but not receive calls

Everything else on this phone is wotking normally

When I try and send picture or text messages it looks as though they have gone like normal.

I just joined yesterday, my data is turned onI set up a Public Mobile access point.My phone is a brand new galaxy s9, i ported my number from Bell
