My iPhone says that I do not have service when everyone else around me has service

I have tried everything to get my iPhone service but it is not working, I talked to apple support and they told me to talk to my carrier

I think it is more of an iPhone issue because when I put other SIMs in my phone it still doesn’t work. But apple support useless and I just wanted to make sure that I wasn’t missing anything
