I’d double check to see if your data is turned on - try connecting to wifi and send an iMessage a long one to see if it works on wifi also try to do a hard shut down and I restart

Did you try taking out SIM card and putting back in ? Maybe the sun is not working

I recently read it was sent in error - nothing is being changed and you should get an email stating that soon
