Hi, I wanted to know if public mobile have the option to have the iPhone's visual voicemail. And if it is how to activate it?

It would be cool to have it as an add on. I would pay the extra for it. Almost all of the major carrier have it .

You can not suspend while you have a plane that is active. But you can suspend it once your plane is finish. But if you do not pay for 90 days your account will be close.
