I signed up with public mobile today and I cancelled my plan. Will I be able to get a refund if I just signed up today?

I have signed up for the Black Friday promo deal but I cannot see my extra 2GB of data and I cannot receive calls but I can call people. Does anyone know what to do? Thanks.
