I wish. I have three accounts. I use different emails, but same passwords so it makes it easy. Three accounts still cheaper than the family plans at other providers.
not that you havent done this, but have you tried powering off the phone and starting it back up with the SIM in? If this is a new activation, have you tried logging onto the Public Mobile site and check your account?
