I need to reactivate my account in order to switch service providers. Is there any way to temporarily reactivate without needing to pay for another month? Thanks!  

hi, I have signed for autopay and it was meant to have 2 CAD dollar off the monthly payment of 50 CAD dollar off.  However, my credit card was deducted the full amount without the 2 CAD off but I can see that there is a credit of 2 CAD in the account...
