I still see rewards complaints coming along.So, Is PM MOD team addressing reward failures only for the customers who reported on this forum? or proactively they are adressing rewards Issues on all elgible customers even if not reported ?

Agree, what I was looking at is 2 options 1. If recharged 150, allow plan renewal2. If rechagred 60, allow plan change to new plan (as enough funds for the new plan are available)
