I need to purchase additional 1GB data $15 yet the Add-Ons tab does not work as it said "Oh no! It looks like something went wrong, but don’t panic.". I did try to log out then log back in many times, it doesn't work though.

I want to top up since I have used 100% data 3G speed. My activation date was on Aug 29, if I top up now, would I be charged again on Sep 29?
