Looks to be isolated to Calgary right now, as per the thread linked above. 

Jumping onto this as I am having the exact same issue. Started around 10am MST (I am in Calgary). My data keeps cutting out, and for about 15 I also had zero cell signal. I did comfirm my payment went through. Whats up public mobile?
