I just read this article. It says the web store only accepts order for shipping to Ontario and Quebec. Does this mean the money I spent to buy and ship the SIM card to Edmonton will never be fulfilled?

Is there way to track the shipment status? I tried looking through existing posts, one said to use the order number with the zip code appended as the tracking number in Canada Post, but it doesn't work.
