Okay, so we logged in again in a completely different browser (Edge instead of Chrome), and did the cancel/reactivate cycle again. That did the trick. Thanks for your help! Hoping Public Mobile gets this glitch fixed soon!
The link takes me to the Suspend page. I clicked it and then reactivated it, but there was no change with the Suspended Account. I clicked Reactivate Current Plan, with no change. When I click Change Plans, there are no options at all, and I can...
