Hello everyone,I upgraded from a 15 dollar plan to 25 so I can access my voicemail. I have attempted all the remedies stated on this forum, and I still do not hear access to my voicemail. Helppppppp. I am so frustrated with this phone company.

Yes, I paid for three months in advance. When I use the above-said number I receive the same male voice air message.
