Monthly payment is made through a credit card for quite some time. This month the payment was not taken through the card and my phone is now shut off because of non-payment. How do I handle this and get my phone reconnected 
I have just transferred from Telus to Public Mobile and requested a porting of my Telus phone number to Public Mobile. When will this happen?
