I just signed up for public mobile and never got offerered the promo of lunar ... how do I get that.

Hi, I received a call from Telus and they needed my account # in Fido before they could transfer my number over. I have that account number now but don’t know where to input it so I can transfer my phone number over... please help me thanks  GH
