I just transferred to public mobile a week ago and finally got my number ported yesterday but that I keep loosing phone service in and out! What is happening???
This is really ridiculous!! I have been private messaging on this community forum and posting on the fb page and no one has read my message even!! My phone hasn't been receiving calls or texts for a week now since I activated and I'm still paying for...
I see that it's a common problem but I activated my phone a few days ago and I only realized yesterday that no one has been able to reach me by phone or text, I have both outgoing but no incoming.I'm using a Nexus 5 and switched over from Rogers.
I basically messaged all of them with my Rogers account number and the next day one responded that the my number should be ported and later it started working
I only got this new sim a week ago! And I've never had reception issues at work with my previous provider.How am I able to cancel the plan and service?It took a week to port my number and now no service, this is ridiculous!
