I have suspended my plan and now is reaching to 90 days by Dec 17, 2020. When I reactive the plan by making a payment. The 'Submit' button always be grey and is not able to allow me to submit the payment. Could you help me on this issue? Thanks.
Great! Thank you so much. It works now. First you have to go to plan/add-on/ stolen or lost to resume the service, then go back to make a payment. Thanks again.
