I purchased what I am sure was two gigs for $30 and I only received one gig.  I don't see any record of having had two and used one.  Didn't get what I paid for. 
When I try to call long distance to the US a recording tells me I do not have an active add on.  When I go to add ons the long distance add on appears on my account.  Please advise!
