Hi, I tried putting the SIM in my old phone (Samsung S6) and it registers that a SIM card is in it but says "not registered to a network" if I try to make a call.

I have done this several times with no luck. What do you mean by blacklisted? The phone is on the list of phones acceptable to Public Mobile. I checked this when I purchased it. Thanks for helping.
