Same phone I've had since I moved to PM over 9 months ago. IMEI is not blacklisted. SIM card listed on PM is correct. Did the power down and remove sim, clean sim, wait, reinstall, reboot. Guess I'll put in a ticket. Thanks for the suggestions.

Just wanted to update to say I heard from a Moderator and was successfully able to port my number to Public Mobile. Thanks for all the assistance provided. You guys rock!

Ok, I created my account about an hour ago, so maybe it will take a bit more time to update acrooss their systems. I have tried in a new Private browser session but same error. I'll try again in an hour or so with a different browser. Thanks. 
