I can't update my password

I need to change my password but it's asking for my existing one...It won't accept my password. I'm trying to change it and it won't let me. Why? How can I reset my password if it won't take the one I set up originally?

It's with Rogers. So I have to call them and ask them to unlock the phone? Will they do over the phone?
