Why when I call the Public Mobile 611 number from a different phone it dosen't ask for a PIN to get into my account ? It looks like i am able to make charges from my card without a PIN. Is there a setting to make a PIN required ?

Public Mobile just sent me a text message saying my payment date is due on May 1st. Wich its not. Thats way to early. Then the sent back another one saying please disregard. Is this normal? Does this happen often at Public Mobile ?

@RossN No i havent but when selecting the option to make a payment with my CC, then select from a list of options it dosent ask for a PIN. I havent actualy clicked one of the deposit options so i am not sure if it asks for a PIN then. I just thought ...
